Arrived at Hotel Vagabundo Plaza Del Sol to find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to attractions. a pleasant stay.

The hotel claimed to have a prime location but we were locked out when we arrived. there was a nice sign on the front door with a phone number that nobody would answer. Thankfully, the Holiday Inn was just down the street. Plus, the homemade sign had some really cute drawings on it that made us smile.

We were unable to check in to the hotel we booked online and nobody would answer our calls. We ended up having to walk to another hotel for the night.

Had a unforgettable Christmas stay at this hotel. Loved that it offered free breakfast and reliable WiFi, along with being located close to the city center and public transportation. The friendly hotel staff were always willing to give us tips and recommendations on what to do during our stay.

We experienced some difficulties with our check-in process which put a damper on our arrival. The staff wasn't responsive to our requests to check-in and we ended up having to wait a while before we could finally gain access to our room.
